If you need more features like time tracking or video chat, Trello's Power-ups let you install apps inside Trello that add their own buttons and features to your cards. Add checklists, descriptions, and comments with Markdown formatting, customize labels for extra color-coded tags about your tasks, and drag in attachments to keep files for that task together. Trello cards look simple on your boards, but they can contain as many details about your tasks as you need. Kanban is perfect for sharing work, since the task cards keep all the details in one place. Or take cards through the workflows you're responsible for, and let someone else pick up where you left off.
